Abstract
An overview of gynaecological cancers as classified by the 2014 WHO classification are presented in this chapter. These have distinct molecular and pathological profiles which influence their clinical behaviour including imaging appearances, prognosis and response to treatment. Correlation of imaging with pathology is vital for optimal patient management.
