Abstract
A positive user experience is one of the deciding factors in the success of information systems such as digital libraries. But being a relatively new area of research, the concepts constituting a user experience do not have a strong framework and are also not easy to measure. The paper looks at the possibility of using results from reaction cards to identify meaningful concepts as well as suggests a new way of analysing the dimensions of user experience.
