Abstract
Let p : M → S be a proper submersion of complex manifolds with compact fibre X, and let ω M be a smooth (1, 1) form on M which induces a Hermitian metric g TX on TX. The purpose of this chapter is to study the adiabatic limit of the holomorphic Hermitian connections on TM associated with a family of Hermitian metrics \({g}^{TM}_{\epsilon}\). The adiabatic limit of two other connections on T R M that were defined in [B89] are studied as well.
