Résumé

L’échographie endovaginale est le premier examen réalisé en pratique courante. Dans la plupart des cas, elle permet de diagnostiquer une anomalie tubaire qui nécessite parfois un complément par IRM. Nous verrons à travers ce chapitre les principales anomalies de la trompe.
