Résumé

Les apports nutritionnels recommandés sont établis pour que 95 % de la population consomme en quantité suffisante le nutriment concerné [1]. Cependant cela ne reflète pas les besoins spécifiques des sujets de plus de 70 ans, pour lesquels il existe fréquemment des déficits nutritionnels, tant sur le plan énergétique que protéique et vitamino-calcique.
