Résumé

Les dissections spontanées des artères digestives sans dissection aortique associée sont rares mais de reconnaissance plus fréquentes depuis l’amélioration du diagnostic avec la généralisation de l’utilisation de l’angioscanner spiralé dans les bilans digestifs. Outre une physiopathologie mal connue et une évolution difficile à anticiper, les indications thérapeutiques sont discutées entre les tenants de la simple surveillance, du traitement médical ou d’un traitement endovasculaire ou chirurgical conventionnel.
