Résumé

Le tube digestif est un organe vital. Son analyse échographique n’était pas coutumière, car les gaz étaient considérés comme une gêne (fig. 6.1). Pourtant, presque chaque segment de ce tractus peut être concerné par un désordre létal. Il est pratiquement toujours possible de mettre en évidence au moins une petite portion des 7 m de la portion abdominale.
