Le traitement des lésions ano-périnéales (LAP) de la maladie de Crohn (MC) repose sur une variété d’options thérapeutiques dont les indications dépendent du type des lésions, de la présence ou non de complications infectieuses et des lésions intestinales associées (1, 2).
