Abstract

Squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) represent about 95% of all laryngeal-hypopharyngeal malignant tumours [4, 5, 7, 10, 15, 22]. This chapter focuses on the classification, the clinical specification and the various treatment options of the remaining 5% which are considered as rare laryngeal and hypopharyngeal malignant tumours.
