Abstrait
Les neuropathies se manifestent par un déficit sensitivo-moteur des extrémités prédominant aux membres inférieurs. Suivant la prédominance des signes cliniques, on peut faire état de formes motrices, sensitives ou trophiques. Les formes sensitives correspondent aux situations où les troubles sensitifs subjectifs et objectifs sont au premier plan et l’atteinte motrice absente ou modérée. Les neuropathies ataxiantes se caractérisent par l’importance des troubles de la sensibilité profonde qui sont responsables de troubles de I’équilibre et de la marche et objectivés par une diminution de la sensibilité distale au diapason et une instabilité accentuée à la fermeture des yeux (signe de Romberg).
