Abstrait

Le bilan d’extension d’un cancer du sein a pour but de définir son extension locale, régionale et générale apparente basée sur la clinique (et l’imagerie) ou sur des constatations anatomo-pathologiques. Il permet de préciser les facteurs pronostiques.
