Résumé
La plupart des lymphomes de la thyroïde sont des lymphomes non hodgkiniens. Ils sont rares, représentant 2,5 % de tous les lymphomes et moins de 5 % des tumeurs malignes de la thyroïde (1). Les lymphomes de bas grade surviennent chez des sujets âgés, le plus souvent dans le contexte d’une thyroïdite d’Hashimoto (2). Le pic d’incidence survient pendant la septième décennie avec un ratio homme/femme de 1∶3.
