Abstrait

La reconstruction de la plaque aréolo-mamelonnaire (PAM) est un élément essentiel de la qualité d’une reconstruction mammaire. Elle doit pouvoir se faire sous anesthésie locale pour limiter le nombre de temps opératoires sous anesthésie générale et ainsi augmenter l’acceptabilité.
