Abstrait
Le vieillissement est un processus multifactoriel, hétérogène. Les modifications anatomiques, physiologiques et fonctionnelles liées au vieillissement dit intrinsèque sont donc très variables d’un tissu à l’autre, d’un organe à l’autre, d’un individu à l’autre. Les résultats d’études de modèles animaux de vieillissement suggèrent que ces modifications sont peu importantes par rapport à celles induites par les maladies liées au vieillissement. En voici quelques exemples.
