Abstract

CS 73 Definite Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG) as a mask for colon cancer, male patient 40 years The case involves a 40-year-old man, whose symptoms seemed harmless to begin with. In 2 months, there was a subacute development of the following symptoms: Sinusitis with nasal bleeding Arthritis Outbreaks of sweating, and weight loss Highly positive cANCA with high-grade CRP and ESR
