(Auto) immunological and immunomorphological phenomena, serological, and pathogen diagnostics, have no absolute specificity but in practice are of much importance.12, 15, 21, 23 In this chapter, the most important information on rheumatology is presented in a practical way, as well as the possibilities and limitations are discussed.
