Abstract

It is important that all members of the team are familiar with the dosing, dilution and side effects of the drugs used for PRSI regardless of their professional background. A small number of agents are chosen to develop familiarity and confidence in their use. All individuals involved with the drawing up and administration of these drugs must understand the pharmacology and interactions of these agents with the patient and other drugs.
