Abstract
A 63-year-old woman complained of a tingling sensation involving the index and middle fingers in her right hand for 3 months. These symptoms awaken her from sleep. She also had some neck discomfort without any radiation. She felt that the function in her hand was reduced. On examination, there was subjective sensory loss to pinprick involving the affected digits. Motor examination revealed MRC 4/5 strength in right thumb abduction only. Reflex examination of the upper extremities was normal.
