Abstract
Patient was brought to the operating room where he/she was placed supine on the OR stretcher. General anesthesia was administered with endotracheal intubation without difficulty. Prophylactic antibiotics were administered. Foley catheter and appropriate IV lines were placed. Patient was then gently log rolled into position prone on the Wilson frame. Care was taken to protect and pad all pressure points. Fluoroscopy was used to determine the proper levels of stenosis and to draw the incision.
