Abstract
The patient underwent general anesthesia per the anesthesia team. The patient was positioned supine with the shoulder at the edge of the table and the involved extremity resting on a radiolucent arm table. The upper extremity was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion.
Under fluoroscopy control, closed reduction of the fracture was attempted unsuccessfully.
