Abstract
Vulvar cancer is a rare malignancy, which accounts for about 4 % of female genital cancers. The average age of women diagnosed with invasive vulvar cancer is 70 years, but it is occurring with increasing frequency in younger women (<50 years of age), particularly those exposed to human papillomavirus (HPV).
