Abstract
Today, revision ACL reconstruction has changed considerably in line with the new paradigm of anatomic reconstructive techniques. The revision can be a straightforward surgery in cases with previously well-placed and anatomic bone tunnels or in cases where the bone tunnels are far from the native footprints. However, the revision can also be a complex surgery with many pitfalls, thus the preoperative planning is imperative and every experienced knee surgeon must be prepared for a secondary plan. This chapter will focus on and outline how to execute a well-planned ACL tibial tunnel revision.
