Abstract
In network utilities, maintenance-related processes and activities require high levels of coordination and integration. In our framework we will design activities and define a standardized process government to be in the best possible position to fulfil agreed internal and external service levels. This requires that, inside the operative processes definition, the main activities will be described with the aim of facilitating their computational implementation.
