Abstract

A 19-year-old man with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in second remission had a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor. He went on to develop extensive chronic GVHD and aspergillosis of the lung and brain. Cerebral aspergilloma was excised 9 months after the transplant.
