Abstract

In this chapter, I address the need for training for both the SharePoint operations team providing the service and the end-users consuming the service. I provide considerations for setting up internal self-help resources such as quick start guides or peer mentors. I also reference the roles and responsibilities I covered in Chapter 4 and I relate those to training requirements that you will need to ensure the operations team has the right skills to support the SharePoint service.
