Abstract

Symptomatic chronic posterolateral rotatory instability (PLRI) of the elbow.

The operative management focuses on the reconstruction of the lateral ulnar collateral band of the lateral ligament complex of the elbow which passes from the lateral epicondyle to the supinator crest of the ulna, using palmaris longus autograft.
