Abstract
There are over 6.6 billion people on the planet, and every one of us has to eat. Although people in some parts of the world (from the poor in Africa to the homeless in New York City) suffer from malnourishment, the majority of people in the world have more than enough to eat. Making sure that all these people eat every day makes the food industry one of the largest in the world.
