Abstract

This book is an attempt to focus attention on the architectural designs of knowledge service firms. It is clear that traditional industrial economies are being transformed into knowledge based economies as we move into the 21st century. The traditional approaches to management that have been so beneficial and appropriate for the 20th century industrial landscape are of less value in the expanding knowledge context.
