Abstract

This chapter summarizes the main concluding remarks on analysis, fate, occurrence, and risk to the environment and to humans of personal care products. In addition removal technologies using different nonconventional wastewater treatment processes are being evaluated too. Finally, future research needs in this field will be summarized.
