Diskussion/Schlussfolgerung

Bestimmte Varianten der vier beschriebenen Polymorphismen im Promotor von pKi-67, die experimen tell eine höhere pKi-67 Genaktivität aufweisen, könnten unseren Ergebnissen zufolge einen Einfluss auf die Progression von Erkrankungen mit einem proliferativen Hintergrund haben. PKi-67 eignet sich daher möglicherweise als potentielles Target-Gen für innovative therapeutische Ansätze.
