Abstrait

Les plans de couverture de la région cervico-faciale sont doublés du muscle platysma et de sa partie involuée dont I’ensemble forme le système musculo-aponévrotique superficiel ou SMAS. La peau et le SMAS forment une unité fonctionnelle cutanéo-musculo-aponévrotique ou UCMA cervico-faciale, anatomiquement et physiologiquement indissociable.
