Conclusion
Careful consideration and understanding of the underlying anatomy and electrophysiology of the heart in developing children will provide a sound foundation for the safe and effective management of arrhythmias in the young. Advances in new energy sources such as cryotherapy as well as development of new imaging techniques such as real time MRI will most likely improve these strategies.
