Zusammenfassung
Experimentelle Studien zum Fahrverhalten unter Cannabiseinfluss oder Erkenntnisse zu unspezifischen Wirkungen und Auswirkungen des akuten bzw. chronischen Cannabiskonsums, beispielsweise auf psychomotorische Fähigkeiten, können nur abschätzen, ob Cannabis ein Potenzial zur Beeinträchtigung von Fahrtüchtigkeit und Fahreignung besitzt, nicht jedoch, ob und in welchem Umfang sich dieses Potenzial auch im Straßenverkehr manifestiert. Die Frage, ob Cannabis das Unfallrisiko erhöht, wird am besten durch epidemiologische Untersuchungen beantwortet.
