Abstract

The article focuses on the software product’s usability evaluation based on the user activity data. A heat map model is to be used as the user activity mathematical model. The authors propose a formal method for creating a heat map based on the point and click data of the applications user activity. The method considers both the data density and expert-defined parameters.
