Philosophy often spoke of the world of exact sciences the way a blind person speaks of color. The description of cultures and their stories has therefore become socially marginalized. TRACE wants to link what is repeated, what functions in cultural descriptions with those fields which have only been present in the thought of individuals and were thus called the humanities. The terms used in evolution and cognition theories, and in brain research, as well as those used in old rule books are used to create a vocabulary that was not available in this form until now. This gives the image of cultures and the forces that move them a new sense of precision and depth.
