Research Issues in Real Estate is dedicated to the exploration of real estate research issues in the broadest sense, especially developing areas as they gain a critical mass. Each volume contains several contributions from multiple sets of authors who have responded to a call for papers. All contributions are double-blind and peer reviewed with a different editor(s) for each volume. Generally, contributions will not include the normal rigorous math/statistics of journal articles.
This series is meant to give authors significant latitude on how they approach the subject of any particular volume. Each volume focuses on a specific topic that is of particular interest to industry and academia. Our goal is a more specific understanding and a wider research agenda for the topic of each individual volume.
