Due to an error in the publication process the race model formula was displayed incorrectly as:
$$ arrayP\left(R{T}_{Race\kern0.2em Model}<t\right)=P\left(R{T}_A<t\right)+P\left(R{T}_V<t\right)-P\left(R{T}_A<t\right)\times P\left(R{T}_V<t\right) $$
The correct formula is:
$$ P\left(R{T}_{Race\kern0.2em Model}<t\right)=P\left(R{T}_A<t\right)+P\left(R{T}_V<t\right)-P\left(R{T}_A<t\right)\times P\left(R{T}_V<t\right) $$
