Abstract
Anomalous surges are observed in upper-level systems in current production conditions. Such surges may disable the optimization system and so impair product quality. For the control of sinter production, mathematical models capable of describing complex systems with variable properties are required. A method of correcting the measurement results obtained during anomalous surges is proposed. This method allows the change in state of the object being controlled to be taken into account. In other words, effective operation with nonsteady time series is possible.
