trans-1,2-Bis(1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one-5-yl)cyclobutane: a new dimer of benzodiazepinone with a cyclobutane linker

Abstract

A method is proposed for synthesizing the dimer of 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one with a cyclobutane-1,2-diyl linker. In this dimer, C5 atoms of monomeric heterocycles are bound to vicinal carbon of cyclobutane.
