Limits of flame propagation in an aluminum-air mixture flow

Abstract

The region of stable combustion of ASD aluminum powder in a high-velocity air flow is determined. The dependence of the flame blowout velocity for an aluminum-air mixture flow on the air-to-fuel ratio within α = 0.04–3.0 is obtained.
