Abstract
The dielectric response of 0.98Pb(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3-0.02Bi(Sr1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics is studied over a wide temperature range at various ac and bias fields. Anomalies are detected in the behavior of the dielectric nonlinearity in the temperature range 90–160°C, which is well below the Curie temperature. These anomalies are found to be related to the existence of a diffuse structural phase transition in the ceramics.
