Photoconductivity and photostimulated phenomena in Pb1 − y La y (Zr1 − x Ti x )O3 ceramics

Abstract

The spectral dependences of photoconductivity and photostimulated currents in Pb0.91La0.09(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O3 ceramic samples at zero external voltage have been studied. Based on the experimental data, the structure of the density of states of defect levels has been proposed. The possible participation of these states in the formation of a diffuse phase transition has been discussed.
