Abstract

The contribution of final-state interactions to the muon transverse polarization in the decay K+ → µ+vγ is calculated within chiral perturbation theory to O(p6) terms. It is shown that the O(p6) corrections to the transverse polarization are much smaller than the O(p4) leading contribution.
