Members work to improve editorial standards and promote professionalism in medical editing through education, self-criticism, and self-governance. Members communicate with each other through the Association’s web site (www.wame.org) and Listserve. This statement was prepared by the Editorial Policy Committee and approved by WAME’s Board.
