Abstract
Marketing is deemed the corporate laggard in embracing technology for increased efficiencies. This is beginning to change, heralding the most significant change to the marketing communications industry for decades. DAM-enabled marketing resource management (MRM) systems will become universal, reshaping the process and supply chain of marketing communications.
