Bei einer betagten Patientin, die subjektiv unter Juckreiz der unteren Extremitäten leidet, wird nach umfassenden Untersuchungen eine systemische Sklerose diagnostiziert.

Abstract

In an elderly patient, who subjectively suffers from itching of the lower extremities, systemic sclerosis is diagnosed after thorough examination.
