Brustaugmentation mithilfe von Eigenfett

BEAULI™-Protokoll

Breast augmentation with autologous fatty tissue

BEAULI™ protocol

Journal für Ästhetische Chirurgie Aims and scope

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Abstract

Background

The BEAULI™ protocol for free adipose tissue grafting was developed in 2007 and first published in 2010.

Aim

This article presents the procedure of breast augmentation with autologous fatty tissue using the BEAULI™ protocol.

Material and methods

This protocol represents a standardized method for harvesting autologous fatty tissue for free transplantation. The essential components are the harvesting of adipose tissue by water jet-assisted liposuction using the body-jet® with a limited vacuum pressure of −500 mbar, the sterile collection of the fatty tissue on the operating table with the Lipo Collector® and replantation of the harvested fatty tissue in the subcutaneous and retroglandular regions. Centrifugation of the fatty tissue is not necessary.

Results

The greatest advantages of the procedure are the reliability when achieving the results, the simplicity and speed of execution and the practically complete lack of complications. With practice no more than 60 min are needed to carry out a bilateral aesthetic augmentation. From a single operation an increase in breast size of one half of a cup size can be achieved.

Conclusion

The BEAULI™ protocol for autologous adipose tissue transplantation fulfils all the requirements necessary for successful fatty tissue transplantation and over the last 8 years its value has been proven worldwide in thousands of cases.
