Résumé

La tumeur stromale sclérosante est une tumeur bénigne rare qui appartient au groupe des tumeurs fibrothécales. Elle se caractérise par sa présentation clinique et ses aspects histologiques qui la distinguent des fibromes et des thécomes. Nous présentons un cas de tumeur sclérosante de l’ovaire survenu chez une fille âgée de 12 ans à travers lequel nous insisterons sur les aspects anatomo-cliniques, évolutifs et étiopathogéniques de cette rare entité.

Abstract

Sclerosing stromal tumor is a rare benign tumor that belongs to the group of fibro-theca tumors. It is characterized by its clinical presentation and histological features that distinguish it from fibromas and thecomas. We present a case of sclerosing ovarian tumor which occurred in a 12-year-old girl and we will focus on the clinicopathological, evolutive and etiopathogenic features of this rare entity.
