Vitiligo en alopecia areata voorafgaand aan diagnose ziekte van Crohn

Samenvatting

In deze casus wordt een meisje van 7 jaar beschreven met drie auto-immuunaandoeningen die nog niet eerder in combinatie met elkaar beschreven zijn. Het gaat om vitiligo, alopecia areata en de ziekte van Crohn. De vitiligo en alopecia areata presenteerden zich ruim voor de diagnose ziekte van Crohn.
