Samenvatting

Een groep Australische rokende zwangeren kreeg £ 450 bij de belofte om te stoppen met roken. Als ze inderdaad stopten, kregen ze nog eens £ 350. Dat hielp; 23% stopte met roken. Zonder de beloning stopte maar 9%. Een goede mix van straffen en belonen werkt het beste.
